Tuji Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a social media promotion and audience growth platform. Users earn points by completing promotional tasks and inviting friends, and can spend those points to boost their own social media profiles. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using Tuji Pro, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

Account details: full name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text). If you use “Continue with Google”, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.
Profile details: profile photo, short bio, and any information you choose to add.
Social media links: the links to your social media profiles (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, X) that you add after unlocking this feature.
Referral information: referral codes you enter or share.
Reports and messages: reports you submit about other users or links, and messages you send to us.

Information created through your use of the app

Points balance, points earned and spent, and transaction history.
Tasks you complete and the time you completed them.
Boosts you purchase with points and profiles you visit or support.
Referral activity (people you invited and whether they became active).

Information collected automatically

Device and browser type, IP address, language, and approximate location (country or region).
Log data such as pages viewed, actions taken, and error reports.
Cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and keep the app secure.

We do not ask for or collect your social media passwords, payment card details, or government ID numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account, and let you sign up and sign in.
Run the points system: award points, track tasks, process boosts, and show your earnings history.
Display your profile, and show your boosted social links to other users in the Community Promotions feed.
Operate the referral program and reward referrers and new users.
Prevent fraud, fake engagement, spam, and abuse (for example, duplicate accounts and fake referrals).
Review reports and enforce our rules.
Send important service messages such as password resets, security alerts, and policy updates.
Improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. What Other Users Can See

Visible to other users: your name, profile photo, bio, and the social media links you choose to boost or make public. Boosted links appear in the Community Promotions feed.
Never shown to other users: your email address, password, points history, and device information.

Please do not add personal information to your bio or profile that you do not want to be public.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only in these situations:

Service providers: we use trusted providers such as Google Firebase (authentication, database, and hosting) to run Tuji Pro. They process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms.
Other platforms you use: when you tap a task or “Visit & Support” button, you are sent to a third-party platform (such as YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook). Their own privacy policies apply once you leave Tuji Pro.
Legal reasons: if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or Tuji Pro.
Business changes: if Tuji Pro is merged, sold, or transferred, your information may be transferred, and we will notify you of any change in how it is handled.

5. Points and Rewards

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Points earned through fake engagement, multiple accounts, automated tools, or fake referrals may be removed, and the related accounts may be suspended. We keep records of point activity to detect and prevent such abuse.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

View and edit your profile information at any time.
Remove or change your social media links.
Request a copy of your personal data.
Request correction or deletion of your account and data.
Unsubscribe from non-essential messages.
Withdraw consent where we rely on it.

8. Security

Tuji Pro is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users
