Tuji Pro – Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Tuji Pro account and the data linked to it.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to Tujimussa@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign up for Tuji Pro.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my Tuji Pro account.
3. In the email, include your full name and the email address registered on your Tuji Pro account.

If your app version has a Delete Account button (Profile > Settings), you can use it instead.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting the account.

What gets deleted

• Your profile information (name, email address, profile photo, bio)
• Your social media links and any active boosts
• Your points balance, earnings and transaction history
• Your task completion history
• Your referral records and referral code

What may be kept

Limited records needed for fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations (for example, records of banned accounts or reported abuse) may be kept for up to 30 days and are then deleted or anonymized.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Deleting your account is permanent. Your points and boosts cannot be restored afterwards.
